The MK 2500 is more than just a standard melting machine, thanks to its built-in pump. With a powerful water-heated jacket, the chocolate melts effortlessly. The advanced stirring mechanism, equipped with bottom and wall scrapers, along with precise temperature control, provides full control over the melting process and prevents the chocolate from burning. The built-in pump unit enables perfect blending of the chocolate with various additives and ingredients.

This machine features simple control buttons but can also be supplied upon request with a user-friendly PLC color touchscreen for intuitive operation. The stainless steel (AISI 304) construction and hygienic design ensure durability and easy maintenance. The large opening at the top of the tank and the drive assembly mounted at the bottom provide maximum accessibility for filling, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining the machine.
